We love the neighbourhood because it is quiet and all the amenities are close! The room has a sunrise facing window and has great light. It also comes with private use of the biggest washroom in the house. We have an awesome backyard with a covered deck, lots of outdoor furniture, lighting, bbq and fire pit. All common areas are shared as well as the laundry. My boyfriend and I share the master bedroom with our dog (4 year old yellow lab/retriever). Our roommate has the basement (bedroom/bathroom/living room). We all have TVs in our own spaces so if anyone wants time alone we stay in our room.
