Hi, I am a high school supply teacher who has been recently hired by London's school board and another school board in the surrounding area. I am a very sociable/likeable person who is extremely tidy and cleans up dishes as soon as I am finished. I work hard during the weeks and sometimes I have to commute to far places, but on the weekends I like to let unwind and have some fun. I'm looking for a place probably in January and preferably for 6 months, but would consider a year as well if it was the right fit. Regards, Mike
Hi, I'll be going to Western in September. I'm not too worried about location so long as we're living close to a bus route. I'm pretty easy going and I'll happily respect whatever rules or chores that are in place. I like to study/be a homebody during the week but I like going out on the weekends.

Specifications • I don't smoke 🚭 • I don't have kids ❌🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻 • I don't have pet's BUT I would maybe like to get a kitten. only maybe though I don't need one if a home requires me to move in with no pets. • I don't party - I have one friend who just doesn't visit my place. ❌🎉 • I'm very tidy and clean ✨ • I don't really have strong political or religious views of any sorts. 💫 • I Like to keep to myself but I won't mind if my roommate want's to say hi every now and again. 🙏 • My income is constant 💵 • I am very organized🗂 • I can take care of the internet 📶 (I currently pay for 90.00 Bell internet with UNLIMITED 50 Mbps Download speed, 10 Mbps Upload speed.) • I can put in 100.00 for groceries and do the shopping each month. 🍎 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Personality • Friendly 🤝 • Easy Going 🙂 • Relaxed 😌 • Appropriate / Reserved / Mannered? 🤔 ❌ 🍆 • Comical / Kind of a dork with my jokes sometimes. 😂 • Self Motivated 💪 • Goal Setter 🏆 • I sleep in unless I have an interview or work till about noon. 🌜💭 • Keep to myself 🐢 • Respectful of others needs for privacy and of others belongings 😎 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am kind and cheerful. Very easy going and laid back. Enjoy assisting people on my spare time. Very quiet and tend to keep to myself. Clean and tidy. I plan to relocate to pretty much anywhere in Ontario.
What do you expect from your future roommate? Isn't it a slight German accent and that he can be everything you want him to be? If that's so, I'm your guy. I'm everything you'd expect a 28-year-old German doing Work & Travel to be: I love to get to know people but can also watch Netflix for hours on my own. I will (hopefully) be at work a lot and thus won't bother you too much, but I'll also always be up for a good talk, a night out, sporting events and activities or basically anything, as I'm looking to experience Canadian life in full. I like it clean, but I'm not uptight about it, which I actually am about nothing really, except for racism, sexism, homophobia and all that fucking nonsense. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
I don’t smoke, and don’t party (well, at my own place lol). I’m a quiet person at first, but once you get to know me, I’m an open book. I’m a student at Nokee Kwe, working my way into college, hopefully in a year or 2. Ive been trying to be more active and healthy. So would love to live with someone who can help motivate.
I am a student who is finishing off high school courses and is on Ontario Works(Will be on ODSP in 3 months) . I have been living on my own for about 2 years, I have experience with living with females, and living in an apartment. I am quiet, and do not party. I have an cat who is friendly, she does prefer no animals around her, but she can get along with animals, if they do not bother her! (Dogs are okay if they are not pushy) I keep to myself a lot, so I would just do my own thing if I lived with someone. I am also a clean person, and I try to respect others as much as I can. I would only live in London Ontario, anywhere is fine in the city. Only will live with female roommates! I am okay with someone who has a child as long as they are a good kid. I can team up with someone but it would have to be a female, and they need a steady income. (ODSP,OW or working a job) I can provide first. Rent would be split evenly, and internet too. All inclusive is prefered, but I can be open to ideas. If someone wants to get a place with me. You need to one provide month’s rent, (could be up to 800, depending on place) or if you can only do about 600 or so, cause you are on social assistance I can be understanding to that. But you need to have good references. Only one reference can be a an family member, which is fine, but I would need to have another one from a friend or social worker etc…. I have two references, if more is needed I can get one more, but you would need to provide another one too. Also, you do not need to have the best credit, but it should be over 500, (My is okay, but I do have an co signer for it, incase it’s not enough) I can overlook bad credit, if you have excellent references, and an good source of income, and an co signer. These would be needed for a place, but we would both have to check each other's references and etc, to make sure everything’s check out. I am open to animals too, but it depends on the situation. You have to be quiet, clean, non drinker, and non smoker,(smoking is okay, just not in the apartment) and not an partier.
I am an international graduate student (I am French, and I must warn you, I do not know how to pronounce the "r" letter: a "Get a room" joke quickly becomes "Get a womb". True and embarrassing story. Also, contrary to the stereotypes on French people: I do take showers daily and I am not an elegant person. Never understood how those stereotypes worked together, btw...). I'll arrive at the end of August to start my PhD in Ecology (going to work on lions and their prey, so I'll spend a couple of months each year in South Africa). I am vegetarian (almost vegan at home), and I enjoy eating together with my other roommates (although not necessarily on a dining table, and not even necessarily the same meal, if you're not eating vegetarian, well, I couldn't care less honestly). I am interested in the zero-waste lifestyle, hence I would like to live within a 15 min walk from the bulk barrel of Cherrylhill Village Mall, so in the area between UWO campus and this mall for example would be ideal! I love: - board game nights: I am a terrible player, so I am used to losing with little dignity left. - wine and tequila (not simultaneously of course): I am getting old (*sight*), and entering that phase of life when buying nice bed linen is excitedly looked forward to, and when drinking at home with a few friends and good music is way more appealing than going out in a club. - Music: the Beatles, the Beach Boys, the Police, the Kinks, the Do, Supertramp, etc etc...... and a bunch of French artists. And also some more recent musicians, such as Jain! - binge-watching Netflix as a powerful procrastinating activity (which I master). - Bread and "viennoiseries". My first endeavors when I'll get to Canada will be finding soft bed linen and a French bakery (selling "baguettes" and "pains au chocolat". Not that cr*p from Target. Just got back from 4 months in Minneapolis, barely survived it.) - Last but not least: my cat, Phocea, a fierce female cat who's not obese, contrary to what my friends say. I strongly suspect she has an eating disorder, since she is prone to vomiting... (although this is getting better, she's at a vomit-rate of 1-2/month now) (but the house should still be carpet free...) I hate: - coconut. Makes me puke faster than my cat. - wasps, and all UFI, Unidentified Flying Insect. Otherwise, I love all insects. They are beautiful creatures, and totally underestimated. - basement bedrooms. I need wide and big windows allowing light to pour in. Well, if you're still reading at this point, it means that I did no scare you away yet! If you are interested in looking for a house together, please contact me :) Cheers, Alix
Hi there. My names Rachael. I’m a full time fanshawe student looking for 2 large rooms in a nice, clean house for me and my friend Caleigh, who is also a full time fanshawe student. I have a therapy dog. She’s a very good girl, doesn’t ever make a mess in the house, doesn’t chew anything but her toys, hardly ever barks. She’s well trained and an overall great dog. With this being said, I will need a place with a fenced in yard. Me and Caleigh are looking for a place for an August or September lease start. Walking distance to fanshawe. We are both very clean and tidy people. We don’t like to live in a mess. We’re very respectful individuals. We do like to go out occasionally, however when it comes to keeping quiet and respecting others within the house, there will be no problem whatsoever. We prefer to live with all girls, however we would consider living with guys as well. Thanks! - Rachael
I keep to myself mostly, and I work the nightshift so I won't be keeping you up all night. I sleep in the morning after work so the only time I'm awake is in the afternoon and evening. I love dogs and I'd like to get one, unless you don't like dogs. I like cats too.
Hi, im a 25 year old female, I am going to trio's college to take a law clerk course, I have a very friendly cat named leo, and I am a very quiet person, however once you get to know me I have a pretty great sense of humor. (better than my grammar I swear!) I also love to cook and I do photography as a side hobby. I am currently in lease til April but I would be willing to break lease early.
I am a single mother and my three daughters are all grown up and have moved out of the house. I am looking for a room since I do not need much space. I am semi-retired and also teach English online to students all over the world.
'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe; All mimsy were the borogoves, And the mome raths outgrabe. 'Beware the Jabberwock, my son! The jaws that bite, the claws that catch! Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun The frumious Bandersnatch!' He took his vorpal sword in hand: Long time the manxome foe he sought — So rested he by the Tumtum tree, And stood awhile in thought. And as in uffish thought he stood, The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame, Came whiffling through the tulgey wood, And burbled as it came! One, two! One, two! And through and through The vorpal blade went snicker-snack! He left it dead, and with its head He went galumphing back. 'And hast thou slain the Jabberwock? Come to my arms, my beamish boy! O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!' He chortled in his joy. 'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe; All mimsy were the borogoves, And the mome raths outgrabe.
Hey London, I am André, born and raised in Germany, and since two months in Canada and keen to start something new in a unknown city. The last 5 years I came around quite a bit and now I am here in this 2nd biggest country on our planet. I studied Environmental Engineering but preferred to work and travel worldwide to do something with my hands rather than sitting in front of a computer. Now I found a job in London and therefore I am looking for an affordable room. Over the years I lived with soooo many different people together, diverse nationalities, languages, habbits, personalities...I definitely enjoy that and as long as everyone respects each other I want to share spaces with people. I am open to explore this city and get to know some people, for I will be completely new there. If I have the chance to get my hands on good fresh produce, e.g. on farmers markets, I like to cook some new dishes. I enjoy craft beer and wine and concerts. I am a great outdoor enthusiast and love multi-day hikes. Well, then a city is not the right place, but well, I can't have everything, hehe. Alright, I hope something comes up and I can move in somewhere. See ya, André
